1. Perform fault confirmation, maintenance, calibration, and testing of the equipment returned by the international client;
2. Information registration, failure analysis, classification of maintenance equipment. In case of major and frequent faults, timely feed back to the R & D, engineering, production and quality departments;
3. Handle customer complaints in a timely manner, provide guidance on product problem solving and troubleshooting;
4. Provide installation and training support for sales;
5. Cooperate with the marketing department for prototype management, receiving and dispatching, sorting, data entry, prototype maintenance, testing, etc.;
6. Provide technical support for sales;
7. On-site installation, maintenance training and technical support for customers;
Qualifications:
1. Age 22-28, major in electronics or medical equipment;
2. Strong communication and collaboration skills;
3. Ability to independently deal with various emergencies in after-sales work, with a strong sense of responsibility;
4. More than one year working experience in after-sales service;
5. CET-6 above or excellent listening and speaking skills are preferred;
